PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee), a digital platform solution company, announced on the 19th that it successfully held the VIP customer invitation conference "PLATEER DT Insight 2025" on the theme of digital transformation strategy at the VOCO Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul on the 18th. The event was designed to explore the strategic direction of digital transformation and strengthen cooperation with key customers.

The PLATEER IDT business division provides total solutions for digital transformation such as consulting, construction, and operation support. Despite the overall slump in the IT market this year, corporate customers are continuing to invest in digital transformation (DT), and accordingly, they continued to grow steadily by winning large-scale new ITSM orders and establishing a test automation system using CT automation solutions. This conference was a place to express gratitude to key customers for supporting this growth and to share a strategic vision to prepare for 2025. More than 80 IT strategy managers and officials from customers, including Samsung Electronics, SK Telecom, and Lotte Duty Free, attended the site and it was a success.

Starting with Sanghoon Lee's welcoming speech, the conference consisted of five presentation sessions introducing PLATEER's DevOps toolchain and success stories and its own IT Service Management (IT Service Management) framework. In particular, Ryu Sung-hyun, head of IDT Technology Division, announced the "ITSM Framework for Strategic Use of JSM (Jira Service Management)" and Ryu Soo-dong, part leader of IDT Technology Division, announced the "Quality Improvement Plan through Automation of Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Tests." At the end of the event, prize lottery events such as Galaxy Tab and Dyson Hairdryer were held to win favorable responses from participants.
