PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee), a digital platform solution company, has announced its ambition to launch "X2BEE AI" and lead e-commerce business innovation based on AX (AI Transformation).
X2BEE is an e-commerce solution that combines the know-how and technology that PLATEER has accumulated by developing and operating e-commerce platforms of major domestic companies for more than 20 years. In addition, it seeks to emerge as a game changer in the e-commerce solution market by adding AI functions (Active AI) that can be actually used for e-commerce operation.
X2BEE AI was developed with a focus on three things: ▲ increased operational efficiency, ▲ improved work productivity, and ▲ optimized customer experience. X2BEE AI will introduce eight AI functions that can support core tasks of e-commerce operations. 'AI Integration CS' and 'AI Chatbot' offer counselors customized answers and automatically respond to simple repeated inquiries. 'AI Copywriter' and 'AI Image and Video Generation' automatically create marketing materials such as product descriptions and images. 'AI Search' supports semantic search and image search. In particular, X2BEE AI has trained AI by collecting and utilizing millions of different types of data every day, including products, transactions and payments, marketing, inventory, and customer behavior, through APIs to ensure technical reliability.
