PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee), a digital platform solution company, announced on the 9th that it has laid the groundwork for entering the global market by signing a business agreement with a local company in Vietnam by participating in the "KOREA-VIETNAM ICT BUSINESS SUMMIT 2024" held in Hanoi, Vietnam from the 2nd to the 3rd.

The event was co-organized by the National Intelligence Agency for Information Society (NIA), the Korea Information and Communication Promotion Association (KAIT) and the Vietnam Software & IT Services Association (VINASA, Vietnam Software & IT Services Association) as part of the overseas support system for the small and medium-sized business market, and provided various opportunities to build business networks with local companies, including business matching and visits to companies and institutions, to support the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized businesses in Korea.

PLATEER introduced successful personalized marketing cases of its AI personalized tech solution "groobee" and received great attention from major local figures and IT company experts. It also conducted bead matching for in-depth discussions, and in recognition of Groobee's reliability in technology, it has achieved practical business cooperation by signing MOUs with six local companies, including NTQ Solution, Luvina Software, VMO Holdings, Fabbi, LTS Group, and VNEXT Holdings.

groobee is a SaaS solution that supports advanced personalization according to business characteristics. It collects and analyzes customer behavior data in real time with various AI algorithms such as machine learning and deep learning, and provides all functions necessary for personalized marketing such as targeting, messaging, and product recommendation.

Meanwhile, groobee was selected as a certified technology for the SME technology market organized by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance in October and was officially recognized for its innovation. The SME technology market is an integrated technology market platform that supports SMEs and venture companies to easily propose excellent new technologies and new products to public institutions.
