PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee), a digital platform solution company, announced on the 3rd that it has newly recruited Jung Ah-reum, a managing director from Shinsegae I&C. Jung, who has been working at Shinsegae Group for about 27 years as an authentic "New World Man" and has taken care of the operation of online and offline IT systems and the overall e-commerce environment, will be newly appointed as the head of the EC division of PLATEER ECS business, further accelerating the expansion of the outside world and strengthening cloud and AI-based solution businesses.

Since joining Shinsegae Group, Jung Ah-reum is an IT expert who has achieved outstanding results by leading the operation of major IT systems within the group, infrastructure construction, private cloud development, strengthening information security and expanding external business. In particular, he oversaw the development and operation of key online and offline IT systems of various affiliates within Shinsegae and E-Mart Group, and was well versed in various capabilities. In addition, he is considered to have greatly contributed to the improvement of the quality of IT services by establishing standards and methodologies for developing information systems for the first time in the company, establishing an ITSM (IT service management) system.
