AI Leads Shopping Paradigm Change, Key to E-Commerce Success
▶ Walmart Earnings Rise After AI Transition
Since the announcement of ChatGPT, artificial intelligence (AI) has gained a lot of attention. Expectations are rising as AI-related figures have been selected for the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry as well. U.S. retail giant Walmart is increasing productivity through a company-wide transformation of AI. It seems that the trend is not only for vague future expectations but also for immediate benefits.
A case in point is distribution. Walmart, a retail giant in the U.S., which has been enjoying booming earnings recently, is accelerating the pace of AI adoption in the retail industry, with the company citing "company-wide AI transition" as the key to its growth. This is why PLATEER, which provides overall technology for e-commerce, is paying particular attention to AI.
◇ 'X2BEE AI' to help transform e-commerce
PLATEER is adding AI functions to its digital platform solution 'X2BEE' and marketing solution 'groobe.' It is its ambition to serve as a helper to help e-commerce companies melt AI into their businesses.
X2BEE AI, which was released in September, features a total of eight functions. They include "AI Search," "Virtual Fitting," "AI Chatbot," "Integrated CS," "Demand Forecast," "Code assistant," "Copywriter" for marketers and "VCAT.AI" to enhance operational productivity. The AI will be officially launched after verifying usability through beta service.
