"PLATEER, strong growth in digital transformation project orders... sustaining growth momentum with AI"

2025-03-18

▶ PLATEER is experiencing a rush of orders for AI-based solutions, accelerating its expansion into the IT operations and test automation market.

▶ PLATEER's IDT business division is driving revenue growth through IT managed services and platform engineering.

▶ PLATEER plans to launch its ITSM and ESM solutions in April, aiming to become the leading business in the domestic market.

Digital platform solution specialist PLATEER (CEO Lee Sang-hoon) has announced that the performance of its IDT business division continues to rise due to increased orders and expanded sales of AI-based solutions. This reflects PLATEER's enhanced competitiveness in a market environment where demand for digital transformation continues to grow.

Digital transformation has become a core strategy for companies despite the global economic downturn. In fact, a survey conducted by the Korea Industrial Technology Association in 2023, targeting 570 domestic companies, showed that 33.6% of companies are currently pursuing digital transformation, while 37.2% are reviewing it. In line with this trend, PLATEER continues to expand its supply of DevOps and collaboration solutions to actively support companies' digital transformation.

These strategic moves are also reflected in PLATEER's solution offerings. This year, PLATEER has expanded its supply of solutions such as Tricentis's 'Tosca', Perforce's 'Helix Core', and Atlassian's 'Jira' and 'Confluence' to domestic companies. Notably, orders for AI-based solutions have increased significantly. For Atlassian, the cloud version of AI Ops technology applied to IT service management and operational process automation has seen expanded sales. Additionally, PLATEER provided AI-based no-code testing automation tools like 'Tosca' to Exem, enhancing software testing efficiency. It also distributed 'Helix Core', a leading version and configuration management solution, to major domestic game companies, maximizing development efficiency.

Furthermore, PLATEER's service diversification strategy is driving growth. By increasing its provision of IT managed services to large corporations like Samsung Electronics, Platter is strengthening its stable revenue base. It also meets various business needs of its customers through platform engineering.

Based on this growth momentum, PLATEER plans to launch its self-developed ITSM (IT Service Management) and ESM (Enterprise Service Management) solutions in April. These solutions will provide process templates, automated processes, and plugins to help customers using Atlassian Jira quickly build ITSM and ESM. By combining these with proprietary methodologies and consulting services, Platter aims to differentiate itself. PLATEER plans to become the leading ESM business in the domestic market through this launch.

A PLATEER representative stated, "To support successful digital transformation for companies, we plan to continuously provide various solutions incorporating AI-based automation technology. Especially with the ITSM and ESM solutions scheduled for release in April, we will support our customers in maximizing development and operational efficiency, contributing to enhanced competitiveness."

Meanwhile, PLATEER's IDT business division provides comprehensive services including consulting, IT infrastructure construction, education, and coaching for all companies pursuing digital transformation. As the largest platinum partner of Atlassian in Korea, the sole partner of Perforce in Korea, and the 2023 Partner of the Year selected by Tricentis Korea, PLATEER has secured a dominant position in the digital transformation solution supply and service sector. PLATEER has demonstrated its technological capabilities and expertise by executing digital transformation projects for major domestic corporations such as Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and LG Uplus.
